中药成分影响尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶活性的研究进展

【摘要】 综述中药成分对尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UDP-glucuronos-yltransferase,UGT)活性的影响。以中药、尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶、药物相互作用为关键词,在中文、外文数据库中检索近年来有关中药成分影响尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶活性的最新研究报道,总结不同类型中药成分对尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶基因表达、活性及功能的影响。黄酮类、皂苷类、生物碱类、香豆素类等成分可诱导或者抑制尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶活性,有可能进一步引发药物间相互作用致不良反应或毒副作用。结论:明确中药复杂成分与药物代谢酶的作用关系,避免配伍使用过程中因药物成分间相互作用引起的不良反应甚至是毒副作用,对临床合理安全有效地使用中药,突破中药发展瓶颈有着重大意义。

【Abstract】 To review the effect of active components in natural medicines on UDP-glucuronosyltransferase activity,the relevant research papers were searched in database with the key words of"Traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) ","UDP- glucuronosyltransferase"and "drug-drug interaction"for the latest researches that active components in natural medicines affect UDP-glucuronosyltransferase activity in recent years,to sum up the effects of different kinds of active components in Chinese medicine on gene expression,activity and function of UDP-glucuronosyltransferase. The drug-metabolizing enzymes UDP-glucuronosyltransferaseactivity could be inhibited or induced by active components such as flavones,saponins,alkaloids,coumarins etc,which could further initiate drug interactions to bring adverse reactions or toxic and side-effect. Illuminating the interactions between multicomponent natural medicines and UDP-glucuronosyltransferase and avoiding the adverse reactions even toxic and side-effects caused by interactions during compatibility of drugs are significant in reasonably,safely and effectively using Chinese medicines during clinic research and breaking through the development limitations in natural medicines.
