【Abstract】 It has been an unavoidable social problem that the situation of university students’ employment is worsening and the employment of female university students is of great difficulty. Encouraged by the national policy of Promoting Employment by Encouraging Establishing Business,an increasing number of female university students have chosen self- employed careers. However,the road of their starting a business is full of hardships.,The present paper,based on social gender theory,conducts a survey on660 university female students who have started their own business from 46 majors in 48 universities in Jiang Su province,aiming at analyzing the limitations and features of female university students’ business startups and giving some suggestions and solutions.更多还原
