草地早熟禾对氯盐类融雪剂胁迫的生理响应
Physiology of kentucky bluegrass response to salt stress of snow melt agent with chlorine
【摘要】 以草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)品种‘优异’为主要试验对象,通过融雪剂胁迫试验,对其相对含水量、水分饱和亏、叶片水势、自束比、相对生长率、全氮含量、全磷含量进行研究。结果表明,15 g/L浓度处理7 d后,胁迫产生盐害,各项指标数值均呈下降趋势,25 g/L、30 g/L浓度处理21 d后,植株生长受到严重抑制。叶片全氮、全磷含量下降,根部变化不明显。相邻处理浓度间的差异性,在20 g/L与25 g/L处理浓度上表现明显,并且在各指标上平稳出现。
【Abstract】 Using Kentucky bluegrass(Poa pratensis l.) as the main test object, we studied its relative water content, water saturation deficit, leaf water potential, ratio of free water to bond water, relative growth rate, total nitrogen content and total phosphorus content. The results showed that the concentrations of 15 g/L make Kentucky bluegrass hurt after 7 days. All water indexes appeared declining tendency. The treatments of 25 g/Land 30 g/L concentrations restrain plant growth severely after 21 days. The content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus of leaf decreased after experiment, while the root changed not obviously. Considering the changing of indexes with neighbor concentrations processing, we found that the differences of 20 g/Land 25 g/L treatments appeared obviously and smoothly in seven indexes after 21 days.
