【摘要】 信息将技术对教育具有革命性影响,这是大家的共识。"互联网+"理念的提出使得我们更加意识到信息技术对于教育的潜在影响。为了适应信息时代开放教育发展的新要求,我国对于数字化学习资源的建设高度关注,先后组织建设了国家精品课程、精品开放课程(包括精品视频公开课和精品资源共享课建设)等课程资源。以精品视频公开课的视频资源为例,借助建构的指标采取分层抽样的方法对样本课程作相关的调查分析,获悉了目前我国数字化学习资源的建设现状。通过对存在问题的深入分析发现,为了提升我国数字化学习资源的质量,后续数字化学习资源的建设应该重点关注释放高校进行数字化学习资源创新的活力、精心策划视频资源的设计、拍摄和制作以及逐步强化数字化学习资源的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information technology has a revolutionary impact on education,which is the consensus of all. The idea of " Internet+ " makes us more aware of the potential impact of information technology on education. In order to meet the new requirements of the open education development in the information age,the construction of digital learning resources in China is concerned,for example,China has organized the construction of the national quality courses,quality open courses( including quality video open class and quality resource sharing),and other courses. Taking the video resources of the open class as an example,taking the method of constructing the index to take the sample course as the relevant investigation and analysis,we have learned that the construction of digital learning resources in china. Through in- depth analysis of the existing problems,in order to improve the quality of digital learning resources in China,the construction of digital learning resources should focus on the innovation of digital learning resources,design,shooting and production of video resources,and gradually strengthen the application of digital learning resources.更多还原
