【摘要】 本文梳理了物流产业聚集区的产生、演化过程和内涵,揭示了其公共经济、空间经济和产业经济层面的内在机理,设计了具体实现路径,并给出一个现实案例。研究发现:物流产业聚集区是在我国物流园区探索发展基础上形成的,本质上是一种物流产业、被服务产业和创新产业围绕物流园区集群化发展的产业发展形态,能够有效实现物流园区外部效用内部化,提升区域产业聚集向心力,实现区域产业集群化发展。依次开展潜力产业遴选、产业体系构建、空间布局落地、引进目标企业等工作,可有效实现物流产业集聚区的开发建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focuses on logistics-industry cluster,which formation process is hackled,concept connotation is induced,and mechanism of public economics spatial economics and industrial economics is revealed.And the realization path and a real case are given.The study finds that logistics-industry cluster is a new industrial development model evolved from earlier logistics park in China,which means logistics industry,industry be served and innovative industry around the logistics park to achieve clustering development.Through the logistics-industry cluster can realize the internalization of external utility,enhance regional industrial agglomeration of the radial force,realize the development of regional industrial clusters.In order to carry out the selection of potential industries,industrial system construction,space layout,the introduction of target companies,a logistics-industry cluster can be built.更多还原
