系数倍率双波长分光光度法同时测定钢样中的铝和铜的含量
Dual- wavelength Ratio Spectrometry for the Determination of Aluminum and Copper in Steel Sample Simultaneously
【摘要】 建立用系数倍率双波长法同时测定钢样中铝和铜含量的方法。在p H6.0的盐酸和六次甲基四胺缓冲溶液中,Cu2+和Al3+与铬天青S(CAS)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)发生高灵敏的显色反应,形成三元胶束络合物。根据实验得到铝和铜的一元线性回归方程,铝的回归方程为A=0.004C+1.121;铜的回归方程为A=0.016C+1.018。
【Abstract】 A rapid, inexpensive dual ultraviolet wavelength spectrophotometry was established for the determination of aluminum and copper in steel sample simultaneously. In the conditions that p H of the amortize liquid composed with HCl- C6H12N4 is 6. 0, Al3 +and Cu2 +arise chemistry reaction with CAS when CTMAB exist in the system.he linear regression equation of aluminum was A = 0. 004 C + 1. 121; The linear regression equation of copper was A= 0. 016 C + 1. 018.
