【摘要】 地下铲运机在油泵功率消耗较大时存在换挡冲击问题。以首台国产自动换挡的地下铲运机KCY-2的传动系统为研究对象,利用等效油门法求出接近实际扣除油泵功率消耗后的发动机与变矩器的共同工作点,制定换挡表并经过仿真验证,基本解决油泵功率消耗导致的换挡冲击问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a shifting shock problem when the pump power consumption of LHD is larger.The transmission system of first domestic automatic shifting LHD-KCY-2is a subject.The method of equivalent throttle can be used to approximately give the actual common operating points after deducting the pump power consumption.Then according to the operating points,the shifting rules are instituted and simulated.Simulation results display that it can resolve the shifting shock problem basically.更多还原
