【摘要】 仪器设备是高校教学、科研和行政管理不可缺少的物质基础,是实验室建设的重要组成部分,是培养高素质、创新型人才的有力保证。提高仪器设备的使用效率,已经成为设备管理的核心问题。以目前全国仪器设备的使用和管理现状以及国有资产使用管理的政策现状为依据,分析了仪器设备考核评价指标体系制定的原则,探索出一套仪器设备的效益考核评价方法,并且提出了一系列有效可行的保障措施。更多还原
