玉米根长法除草剂生物测定实验装置的改进

【摘要】 玉米根长法是除草剂生物测定中常用的一种实验方法,玉米在盛有药液的培养皿中生长,以玉米初生根根长作为评价指标。用培养皿进行玉米根长法除草剂生物测定实验时,由于玉米培养过程中培养皿需水平放置,违背植物根系的向重力性生长规律,且培养皿提供给玉米的生长空间有限,使玉米根弯曲生长而导致较大测量误差。鉴于此,对玉米根长法生物测定实验装置进行了一系列的改进,发明了玻璃板与LOCK&LOCK(乐扣)保鲜盒相组合的培养装置,即垂直玻璃板—玉米根长法培养装置。该装置能够从满足玉米根系的向重力性生长规律、增大样本容量、避免药液蒸发而保持药液浓度不变三个方面减小实验误差。

【Abstract】 The method of root length of maize was a bioassay method of herbicide. Maize was cultured in dishes,and the primary root length of maize was used for evaluating indicator. The roots of maize were more curving because culture dishes were placed horizontally and couldn’ t provide enough room for roots growth of maize,hence measurement error of root length was much larger. For that reason,the experimental device was improved and was made up of glass plates and Lock box. The experimental error was reduced because the improved device could meet the gravitropism growth law of roots,increase sample size and keep concentration of herbicide unchanged through avoid evaporation of herbicide solution.
