【摘要】 结合多年实验教学经验,针对高校生化实验的学科特点及结合山西师范大学生命科学学院生化实验教学条件,利用多媒体教学的生动形象、信息量大等优点,分析并研究了多媒体技术在生物化学实验教学中应用的意义,以及生化课题组在开展多媒体实验教学方面的常见问题和改进方法,并对生物化学实验教学作了一些改革:常规实验仪器的演示操作技术、利用CAI课件的制作来解释比较复杂的实验原理和操作步骤、实验教学指导中的辅助和监督及纠错的功能,经过实践已取得了较好的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on many years of experiment teaching experiences and the characteristics of college biochemistry experiments,combined with biochemical experiment teaching conditions of the life science college of Shanxi normal university,also used the advantages of multimedia teaching which is vivid and informative,we analyzed the significance of application of multimedia technology to biochemistry experiments teaching,common problems and improvements of the multimedia experiments technology used by biochemical research group. And we also initiated some reforms of biochemistry experiments teaching.For instance,demonstrated common laboratory instruments’ operation skills; Used CAI courseware to explain some complicated experimental principles and operation steps; assisted,supervised and corrected the guidance of experiments teaching,which had achieved better teaching effect by practice.更多还原
