【摘要】 流式细胞仪(flow cytometry,FCM)是采用激光束激发单行流动的细胞,对它的散射光和携带的或自发的荧光强度进行探测,从而完成细胞分析和分选的重要仪器。结合工作实际,从分析FCM在药理学中的应用入手,探讨实验中心大型仪器的科学管理问题。在管理上引入统一、有偿、共享等方式,重视操作人员的培训,将有利于充分发挥大型仪器的作用,使之更好地服务于教学、科研和社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 BD-FACSCalibur flow cytometry( FCM) plays an important role in the study of the characteristics of single cell. FCM is a technology which can be used to do cell analysis and sorting from light scatter and fluorescent light generated from the cells when they pass through the laser light in line. Based on the working practice,according to the application of FCM in pharmacology,the management of large instruments and equipments in teaching laboratory center was discussed. The method of centralization,sharing and compensation for the use of instruments should be introduced and effective training of the operators should be important,which will facilitate the best use of the instruments and the research,teaching work for the whole school,for the society.更多还原
