构建全新生物化学实验教学模式促进创新型医学人才培养

【摘要】 针对高等医学教育对医学生实践创新能力培养的要求,强化科学有效的实验教学对提高学生的综合素质有着重要的意义。生物化学是医学教育中具有很强实践性的专业基础课程,实验教学在其中起着举足轻重的作用。结合实际从创新生物化学实验教学模式的需要出发,系统阐述了优化和丰富生物化学实验教学内容、加强生物化学实验室建设、改革教学形式和手段、强化师生互动、联系大学生创新训练项目等各个环节在医学生全方位综合素质与创新能力培养中的作用和效果,为建立新的生物化学实验教学模式,培养创新型医学人才提供依据和思路。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the demands for the practical innovative abilities cultivation of higher medical education,the scientific and effective experimental teaching has more important influence on training the overall quality of medical students. Biochemistry is an important basic course with strong practical,which relies entirely on experimental teaching,in medical education. In this paper,we integrated the need of innovating biochemical experiment teaching mode with practice,and expounded systematically the effects of optimizing and enriching the biochemistry experiment teaching contents,strengthening the construction of biochemistry laboratory,reforming the teaching form and means,maintaining the teachers and students interaction,and combining with college students’ innovative training program in the development of medical students’ comprehensive quality and innovation abilities,and the aims are to provide evidences and ideas for constructing new biochemistry experiment teaching mode and cultivating innovative and practical medical talents.
