Dralon异形腈纶纤维染色工艺初探
Study on the dyeing process of Dralon profiled acrylic fiber
【摘要】 采用阳离子红X-GRL、阳离子黄X-5GL、阳离子蓝X-BL对Dralon异形腈纶纤维的染色工艺进行探讨.通过正交试验和单因素试验得到最佳染色工艺的p H、温度及1227匀染剂用量.若浴比定为1∶40,最佳工艺分别为:阳离子红X-GRL染色p H=5,染色温度95℃,匀染剂1227用量为1%(omf);阳离子黄X-5GL染色p H=5,染色温度100℃,匀染剂1227用量为2%(omf);阳离子蓝X-BL染色p H=5,染色温度95℃,匀染剂1227用量为1.5%(omf).
【Abstract】 The dyeing process of Dralon profiled acrylic fibers were discussed with Cationic Red-GRL,Cationic Yellow X-5GL and Cationic Blue X-BL. The optimal p H, dyeing temperature and 1227 levelling agent concentration were determined through orthogonal and single factor experiments. When the bath ratio was 1∶40, the optimal dyeing process was given below, respectively: Cationic Red-GRL, p H=5, dyeing temperature95 ℃, levelling agent 1227 concentration was 1%(omf); Cationic Yellow X-5GL, p H=5, dyeing temperature100 ℃, levelling agent 1227 concentration was 2%(omf); Cationic Blue X-BL, p H=5, dyeing temperature95 ℃, levelling agent 1227 concentration was 1.5%(omf).
