有机微胶囊化聚磷酸铵的制备和性能

【摘要】 采用非离子表面活性剂P400DS(HLB=7)和A105(HLB=6.5)对Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵(APP)颗粒进行微胶囊化改性.经过包覆处理后的APP水溶性降低了10倍,难溶于水,几乎不吸潮;粒径改变小,膜壁厚度小于380nm;阻燃膨胀性能提高了47%;与有机物的相容性也显著提高,克服了常规聚磷酸铵易吸潮、相容性差、阻燃耐久性差等缺点.

【Abstract】 Ⅱ-ammonium polyphosphate(APP) particles were modified to form microcapsules through non-ionic surfactant P400DS(HLB=7) and A105(HLB=6.5).After coating treatment,the water solubility of APP reduced by 10 times,which was almost insoluble in water and do not absorb moisture.The particle size changed a little,and the thickness of the membrane wall was less than 380nm,the flame retardant expansion performance was improved by 47%.The organic compatibility of modified APP was also significantly increased,and the shortcomings of conventional APP,such as bad hygroscopic,poor compatibility and poor flame retardant durability were overcome.
