高温测厚降温系统设计

【摘要】 石油化工行业经常要对高温部位进行定点测厚,高温超声波测厚仪价格较高。为实现用常规超声波测厚仪检测高温部位的目的,本文设计了一根降温杆和一套卡具。应用固体线胀理论计算了温度对降温杆长度的影响,利用ansys稳态热分析软件对降温杆的温度分布进行仿真,证明降温杆可以显著降低测量温度。最后,通过现场试验,结果表明可以通过降温杆进行间接厚度测量。

【Abstract】 High temperature thickness measurement is often used in petrochemical industry. But the price of High Temperature Ultrasonic Thickness is expensive. In order to detect high temperature parts by conventional ultrasonic thickness gauge, this article designed a cooling rod and a set of fixtures, and calculated the effect of temperature on the cooling rod by the solid line expansion theory. To demonstrate the cooling rod can significantly reduce the temperature, we simulated the temperature distribution by ansys. Finally, we made the field test and the results show that this method can be used to measure the thickness.
