工艺参数对非晶铜磷钎料钎焊接头机械性能和组织的影响

【摘要】 将相同成分的晶态钎料和非晶钎料分别与纯铜同炉进行真空钎焊,采用XRD、SEM和EDS观察分析钎焊接头显微组织,研究钎焊工艺参数对两种钎料接头拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,普通钎料的拉伸强度低于非晶钎料,随炉冷却钎焊时两种钎料的拉伸强度均随着保温时间的延长而先增大后减小,随着钎焊温度的升高而增加。采用随炉冷却时的拉伸强度低于气冷时的拉伸强度。两种钎料的钎焊接头主要由铜基固溶体、脆性化合物(Cu Ni)2P和Cu3P组成,合金元素在基体深度方向明显表现为沿晶界优先渗透。

【Abstract】 The amorphous ribbons and crystal filler metals with the same chemical composition as the previous amorphous ribbons are brazed with copper by vacuum brazing,respectively. The microstructure of the brazed joints is analyzed by means of XRD,SEM and EDS,and the effects of process parameters on the tensile strength of brazing joints are investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of the brazed joints with the crystal filler is worse than that with the amorphous one. By furnace-cooling the tensile strength of two brazing joints is firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing of holding time,and increased with the increase of the brazing temperature. The tensile strength two brazed joints by furnace-cooling is lower than that by gas-cooling. The brazing joints with the two filler metals are both composed of Cu-based solid solution,brittle( Cu Ni)2P and Cu3 P,and the alloy elements are penetrated through the grain boundary in deepth of the base.
