【摘要】 采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法,对羊脆木(Pittosporum kerrii Craib)树皮的石油醚、乙酸乙酯及丙酮部位进行化学成分研究,分离纯化得9个单体,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构,分别为:linoleic acid(1)、palmitic acid(2)、ceryl alcohol(3)、2-nonacosanone(4)、caffeic acid(5)、ethyl caffeate(6)、syringaresinol-4,4’-di-O-β-D-glucoside(7)、glucose(8)、sucrose(9),其中1、5、8、9为首次从该植物中分离得到.更多还原

【Abstract】 The constituents in the petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and acetone extract of the bark of Pittosporum kerrii Craib were isolated by silicagel column chromatography and recrystallization.Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified by spectral analysis as linoleic acid(1),palmitic acid(2),ceryl alcohol(3),2-nonacosanone(4),caffeic acid(5),ethyl caffeate(6),syringaresinol-4,4’-di-O-β-D-glucoside(7),glucose(8),sucrose(9).Compound1,5,8,9 were isolated for the first time from this plant.更多还原
