云南肺衣中活性物质提取工艺与抗氧化性能研究

【摘要】 对云南肺衣活性物质提取工艺与抗氧化活性进行了研究,结果表明,云南肺衣抗氧化活性物质最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇,料液比为1∶5,温度60℃,提取时间3.0 h,提取液对·OH清除率为96.9%,IC50为14.7 mg/m L.

【Abstract】 The extracting technology and antioxidant activities of Lobaria yunnanensis were studied. The results showed that the optimal parameters of the extraction technology were the following: the concentration of ethanol was70%,the ratio of the extraction sample to the solution was 1∶ 5,the extraction temperature was 60 ℃,the extraction time was 3 0 h. The extraction under these conditions presented a hydroxyl free radical scavenging ratio of 96. 9%.IC50 of scavenging ·OH for the extracts of Lobaria yunnanensis was 14. 7 mg / m L.
