贵州山地醇甜香烟叶中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量及分布特征

【摘要】 以贵州山地醇甜香烟叶及省外各特色区域烟叶为样本,研究5-羟甲基糠醛在各样本中的含量、分布特征及其相互关系,旨在为贵州山地醇甜香特色烟叶生产及卷烟企业采购优质烤烟原料提供理论依据.

【Abstract】 Distribution features and relationships of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural content in flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied by the analysis of the samples from Guizhou province with a comparison with others.The results provided useful information for how to choose excellent tobacco leaves and manufacture high-quality cigarettes.
