【摘要】 植物内生菌代谢产物具有丰富的化学结构多样性和广泛的生物活性,是极具潜力的药物研发资源.生物碱类化合物是植物内生菌代谢产物的重要活性成分之一.近几年从植物内生菌中发现了许多生物碱类成分,按照结构类型综述了2008—2014年间已报道的植物内生菌生物碱的来源、结构特点及生物活性的研究概况,并对植物内生菌生物碱的作用进行了展望.更多还原

【Abstract】 Endophytes are rich in structurally diverse secondary metabolites with biological activities,and are also a promising medicinal resource.The alkaloid is an important element in bioactive metabolites from endophytes,and many new alkaloids have been isolated from them.This review summarizes the research progress on alkaloids from endophytes in connection with the chemical structures and biological activities since 2008 and predicts possible research prospects.更多还原
