【摘要】 云南省是中国重要的花椒种植区域,花椒栽培历史悠久。通过对云南省发展花椒产业的战略意义、产业发展现状、存在问题及产业发展优势进行调研和分析,找出了产业发展所存在的问题,提出了加强花椒良种选育、丰产栽培技术、花椒品质及活性成分研究,培育高原特色的"云椒"品牌与增加科技投入等云南花椒产业发展的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With long cultivation history,Yunnan province is an important area for planting Zanthoxylum bungeanum in the whole country. Through analysis of its strategic significance of developing Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry in Yunnan province,the present situation and existing problems were also studied. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions on improvement of breeding,how to use high-yield cultivation techniques,improvement of the quality and further study on active ingredient are put frowarded in order to cultivate the local brand for the development of Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry in Yunnan province.更多还原
