【摘要】 晚近翻译文学研究大都从语言学、翻译学层面聚焦在单行本经典长篇翻译小说上,忽视了大量发表在报刊、杂志上的翻译文学。民初《小说月报》发表了400多篇短篇翻译小说,形成了"短篇独尊"的翻译现象。在民初特殊的社会历史背景下,期刊翻译文学改变了读者长期以来"长篇独尊"的阅读习惯,是翻译文学的一个重要源头;选题上,"艺术性"服从于"功利性"与"实用性";经典边缘化的同时,寻觅思想资源是翻译行为的主要动力。历时地看,这一翻译现象有其独特的文学价值及社会意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Researches into the translated literature in the early Republican periods mostly focus their attention on the foreign classic novels,ignoring the translated short stories in the magazines.The paper conducts a diachronic study of more than four hundred translated short stories in The Short Story Magazine from the perspective of the sociality of translation,examining the reasons for the priority of the translated short stories.The study has revealed that the translation of the foreign short stories in the magazines is of its unique literature value and social significance at such a historic time.更多还原
