【Abstract】 The secure operation of the laboratory serves as the most basic and critical management in the development of the university. In the laboratory of medical colleges and universities, there are multiple hazardous substances. Therefore, the fine management of the laboratory hazardous waste is necessary. This paper took the practice of Capital Medical University in fine management of laboratory hazardous wastes from three aspects as an excellent example, including improvement of the rules and regulations, provision of training and education in diversified ways, as well as workflow refinement and standardization.更多还原
