Mimics软件联合快速成型技术在椎弓根螺钉固定术中的应用
Application of Combination of Mimics Software and Rapid Prototyping Technology in Pedicle Screw Fixation
【摘要】 目的探讨Mimics软件联合快速成型技术辅助椎弓根螺钉固定术的应用价值。方法利用Mimics软件联合快速成型技术设计并制作寰枢椎模型及置钉导向器,选取11例寰枢椎椎体骨折患者作为研究组,在置钉导向器辅助下行椎弓根螺钉固定术;选取20例行传统椎弓根螺钉固定术的患者作为对照组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组置钉可接受率为100%,对照组置钉可接受率为87.5%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过Mimics软件结合快速成型技术设计并制作置钉导向器,辅助寰枢椎骨折患者行椎弓根螺钉固定术,能够获得更好的手术效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of combination of Mimics software and rapid prototyping technology in pedicle screw fixation. Methods With application of combination of Mimics software and rapid prototyping technology, the atlanto-axial model and the screw-guiding device were designed and made. Eleven patients with atlanto-axial vertebral fractures were selected as Experiment Group and underwent pedicle screw fixation under the guidance of the screw-guiding device. Another 20 patients who had been treated with traditional pedicle screw fixation were involved in this research as Control Group so as to make a comparison of the therapeutical effect between two groups. Results The acceptable rate for patients in Experiment Group was 100% versus 87.5% in Control Group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The Experiment Group showed remarkably higher postoperative JOA score than Control Group with statistically significant differences(P <0.05). Conclusion The screw-guiding device that was made by using the Mimics software in combination with the rapid prototyping technology could be utilized to provide guidance for patients with atlanto-axial vertebral fractures during pedicle screw fixation, which had proven itself with excellent therapeutical outcome.
