【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the current situation of Medical Experiment and Test Center in Capital Medical University by using the SWOT analysis method from the aspects of internal strength,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external threats.Then,the strategic development planning for the future was put forward from the aspects of fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses,seizing the opportunities and meeting challenges.更多还原
