颅颌面部骨折引发外耳道出血的临床原因分析
CLINICAL ANLYSIS OF CAUSES OF THE ESTERNAL AUDITORY MEATUS BLEEDING IN CRANIO MAXILLOFACIAL FRACTURE
【摘要】 目的分析颅颌面部骨折引发外耳道出血的临床原因。方法选取2011年1月到2014年12月在我院接受治疗的482例颅颌面部骨折患者,并对所有患者资料做回顾性分析。结果四种颅颌面部骨折中发生外耳道出血较多的是颅底骨折和下颌骨髁突骨折,四种骨折在外耳道出血例数以及出血严重程度上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);六种不同类型的髁突骨折在外耳道出血例数及出血严重程度上的差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;所有外耳道出血中,下颌骨髁突骨折导致发生外耳道出血的例数最多,达到55.56%,颅底骨折导致发生外耳道出血的例数占到总例数的38.89%。结论颅颌面部骨折引发外耳道出血主要是髁突囊内骨折和颅底骨折引发,其中以髁突囊内骨折所占比例最高。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of the external auditory meatus bleeding in cranio maxillofacial fracture. Methods From December 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital treated 482 cases of maxillofacial fracture patients, and to all patients analyzed retrospectively. Results Four kinds of craniofacial fractures occur in the external auditory meatus bleeding is more skull fractures and mandibular condylar fractures, four fractures with statistically significant difference in external auditory meatus bleeding cases number and severity of bleeding on the difference(P < 0.05); six different types of condylar fractures in the external auditory canal hemorrhage and hemorrhage cases differences in severity with statistical significance(P < 0.05); all the external auditory meatus bleeding, mandibular condyle fracture resulted in the number of cases of bleeding ear most, achieve 55.56%, lead to the occurrence of ear number cases tract hemorrhage accounted for 38.89% of the total numbers of skull base fracture. Conclusion The craniofacial fractures caused clinical reasons of external auditory meatus bleeding is the main intracapsular condylar fracture and fracture of skull base, especially with the intracapsular condylar fractures accounted for the highest proportion of first.
