【Abstract】 Through a 3-month survey on the culture construction of 31 hospitals above the second class in Hebei Province, the basic information of hospital culture construction in this province has been investigated and grasped by means of debriefing, field visit, exchanges at forum, etc., and highlights and problems existing in the hospital culture construction have been discovered.
