【Abstract】 Borrowing risk management standard(AS/NZS4360: 2004) from Australia and New Zealand, the paper carries out the identification, analysis and implementation of medical risk management. By collecting various kinds of risk information, emphasize is laid on procedure analysis for each event. The paper also discusses latent troubles, assesses and evaluates possible risks on the basis of which timely and effective remedial and control measures are taken and favorable results are obtained. The papers thus holds that implementation of medical risk management is an effective and feasible quality management mode which can not only raise medical treatment quality level, but also decrease the occurrence rate of medical risk and reduce medical risk cost.更多还原
