光电子器件课程教学改革与实践

【摘要】 针对《光电子器件》课程在教学中遇到的理论知识多而难,实践实验训练项目简单,训练形式单一,工程运用实践性不强,学生课程学习积极性不高,工程实践能力上不去等问题,以课程的理论知识、实践训练要服务、运用于工程实践的原则,对课程的理论知识进行筛选、优化、重新编排、强化一套旨在于提升学生工程素质的实践实验教学原则、措施,并通过多样化的课程量化评价、考核方式等方面对《光电子器件》课程教学进行改革与实践,取得了良好的教学改革效果。

【Abstract】 The optoelectronic devices course has much and difficult theoretical knowledge,the contents of experiment matched with the theory teaching are too simple,optoelectronic engineering application had not been involved,and experimental method is lack of multiformity. During the course,student’s professional ability will not be increased and their interest in studying becomes poorer and poorer. To solve the problems above,teaching reform and practice of optoelectronic devices course in the following aspects are pointed out. Firstly,the theoretical knowledge of optoelectronic devices course should be optimized and selected to adapt to the students learning ability. Secondly,experimental teaching principles and measures should be developed,which could enhance student’s professional ability of operating practical process greatly for practice training is one of the most important ways to improve the innovative consciousness,engineering quality and comprehensive quality of students. Lastly,quantitative optoelectronic devices course evaluation and diverse exam ways should be carried out to promote students’ personality development. All those have completed the reformation and practice of optoelectronic devices course,and made some good teaching results.
