【Abstract】 Thirty- three ancient academies were set up in Northern Shaanxi during Qing Dynasty. The academies have important roles in promoting the development of local education. The school funds is the mainstay of the economy academy. The academy funds was available from various sources such as educational croplands,government grant,private donations and so on.
