【摘要】 目的:了解南京地区大学生性病、艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况和性态度、性行为现况,为高校开展预防性病、艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法:在南京地区四所高校中分层随机整群抽取600名大学生,采用匿名自填方式进行问卷调查。结果:高校大学生性病、艾滋病知识总体知晓率分别为21.4%、55.3%,大学生对艾滋病相关知识知晓情况优于性病相关知识知晓情况。不同高校学生的性病知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同高校学生的艾滋病知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:大学生性病、艾滋病的相关知识知晓情况不容乐观,性病/艾滋病知识水平受到多种因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate awareness of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) / acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)-related knowledge and attitudes towards sexual behavior among college students in Nanjing, so as to provide scientific evidence for the health education of STD / AIDS prevention of in colleges.Methods: By using a stratified random survey, 600 college students in four universities in Nanjing were enrolled to complete an anonymous self-administered questionnaire. Results: The overall awareness rate of STD / AIDSrelated knowledge was 21.4% and 55.3%, respectively. The awareness of AIDS-related knowledge was better than that of STD. Difference of STD knowledge awareness rate among college students was statistically significant(=52.682, P < 0.01). Difference of AIDS knowledge awareness rate among college students was also statistically significant(=36.357, P < 0.001). Conclusion: Awareness of STD / AIDS-related knowledge among college students is not optimistic, and STD / AIDS knowledge awareness is affected by many factors.更多还原
