【摘要】 目的:了解佛山市南海区农村居民健康状况及社区卫生服务的利用情况。方法:采用分层随机抽样抽取南海区农村居民1012户,2450人进行流行病学调查。结果:调查人群两周患病率为8.1%,慢性病患病率为8.8%。单因素分析,年龄越小、文化程度越高、收入越高、婚姻状况越好的居民对社区卫生服务知晓率越高;年龄越小、月收入越低、婚姻状况越好的居民对社区卫生服务利用率越高。多因素Logistics回归分析表明婚姻状况好、无医保、文化程度高、月平均收入高、两周患病率高、患有慢性病的居民社区卫生服务利用率高。结论:调查人群健康状况总体较好,两周患病率与慢性病患病率均不高。不同人群对社区卫生服务知晓和利用情况不同,年龄、文化程度、月收入、婚姻状况、两周患病率、患慢性疾病等因素影响农村居民对社区卫生服务利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the health status and community health services utilization of rural residents in Nanhai district of Foshan city.Method:Use stratified random sampling selected 2450 people to conduct epidemiological investigations who were rural residents 1012 family.Result:The surveyed two weeks prevalence was 8.1%,chronic diseases was 8.8%.Univariate analysis indicated that younger,the higher level of education,higher income,marital status,the community health service awareness rate was higher;younger,the lower income,marital status,the community health service utilization rate was higher.Multivariate Logistics regression analysis showed that the residents who with a good marriage,no health care,high cultural level,high monthly average income,two week prevalence rate,suffering from chronic diseases the utilization of community health service rate was high.Conclusion:People who surveyed in this research are good health.The prevalence rate of two week and chronic disease are not high.Different people have different awareness and utilization about community health services.Age,cultural level,income,marital status,two week prevalence rate and chronic disease influence community health service utilization of rural residents.更多还原
