【摘要】 目的:探讨手术治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2011年6月-2013年1月收治并获得完整随访的Tile C型骨盆骨折患者12例,术后随访根据Matta评分及Majeed评分进行手术疗效评价。结果:随访时间为12~30个月,平均(22.4±8.9)个月,所有患者均获得骨折愈合。Matta评分:优8例,良4例;Majeed功能评分:优9例,良2例,一般1例。结论:Tile C型骨盆骨折经过合理的手术方式,可以有效重建骨盆的力学及解剖,进而获得良好的预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effects of the surgical treatment in Tile C pelvic fractures.Method:12 patients with Tile C pelvic fractures were treated from June 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital and got full follow-up.Matta criterion and Majeed functional scoring were used to evaluate clinical results.Result:All patients were followed up for 12-30 months,for an average period of(22.4±8.9)months,and got fracture union.Matta criterion: 8 patients were excellent and 4 patients were good;Majeed functional scoring:9 patients were excellent,2 patients were good and 1 was fair.Conclusion:Tile C pelvic fractures with proper operative method can sufficiently reconstruct the pelvic anatomy,the mechanical stability,and better functional prognosis.更多还原
