【摘要】 目的:探讨中药灌肠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:选取58例重症急性胰腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为中药灌肠辅助治疗组(治疗组)和单纯西医治疗组(对照组),每组29例,比较两组的疗效。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组腹痛消失时间、腹胀缓解时间及住院时间均明显缩短,中转手术率和病死率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效显著,方法简单,安全无痛苦,优于单纯西医治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of the herbal enema in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Method: 58 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected,they were divided into the herbal enema in the adjuvant treatment group(treatment group) and the pure western medicine treatment group(control group),29 cases in each group. The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The disappearance time of abdominal pain,the remission time of abdominal distention and the time of hospital stay of the treatment were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the operative rate and the death rate of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the herbal enema in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is satisfactory,the method is easy,safe and no pain,which better than pure western medicine treatment.更多还原
