【摘要】 目的:探讨和研究13C在体检幽门螺杆菌感染和胃癌筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取2012年12月-2015年1月的80例胃癌患者为A组,同期的120例消化道溃疡患者为B组,120例胃炎患者为C组,并以120例健康人员为D组,然后四组人员采用13C尿素呼气试验进行检测,比较四组人员的幽门螺杆菌阳性率和13C尿素呼气试验结果,同时比较A组不同分期及Lauren分型患者的统计结果,并以Logistic分析检测结果与胃癌的关系。结果:A组、B组及C组的幽门螺杆菌阳性率和13C尿素呼气试验结果均高于D组,B组统计结果则高于A组和C组,且A组不同分期和Lauren分型患者的统计结果存在显著性差异,经Logistic分析显示,其与胃癌有密切的关系(P<0.05)。结论:13C在体检幽门螺杆菌感染及胃癌筛查中的的应用价值较高,对于胃癌的分期和分型也有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and study the application value of 13 C in the physical examination of helicobacter pylori infection and gastric cancer screening.Method:80 patients with gastric cancer from December 2012 to January 2015 were selected as group A,120 patients with peptic ulcer at the same time were selected as group B,120 patients with gastritis were selected as group C,120 healthy persons were selected as group D,then the four groups were detected with 13C-urea breath test,and the positive rates of helicobacter pylori and 13C-urea breath test results of four groups were compared,the statistical results of group A with different stages and Lauren types were compared to,and the relationship between the detection results and gastric cancer were analyzed with Logistic analysis.Result:The positive rates of helicobacter pylori and 13C-urea breath test results of group A,group B and group C were all higher than those of group D,the statistical results of group B were all higher than those of group A and group C,and the statistical results of group A with different stages and Lauren types all had significant differences,and the detection index had close relationship to the gastric cancer by the Logistic analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of 13 C in the physical examination of helicobacter pylori infection and gastric cancer screening is high,and it also has a certain clinical significance for the stages and types of gastric cancer.更多还原
