【摘要】 目的:分析内镜筋膜下穿通静脉切除术(subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery,SEPS)对慢性下肢静脉性溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾分析2008年1月-2013年12月笔者所在医院采用SEPS治疗35例(42条肢体)慢性下肢静脉性溃疡患者的临床资料。42条肢体中CEAP分级,C4级8条,C5级15条,C6级19条,溃疡均位于小腿中下段,2条为深静脉血栓形成后综合征。结果:19条活动性溃疡肢体术后1~3个月溃疡愈合,所有患者随访6个月以上均无复发。结论:SEPS治疗慢性下肢静脉性溃疡具有创伤小、安全、临床效果好的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery(SEPS) on treating chronic venous ulcer of lower limbs.Method:The clinical data of 35 patients(containing 42 legs) with chronic venous ulcer of lower limbs which treated with SEPS from January 2008 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively,there were 8 legs of classification C4,15 legs of classification C5,19 legs classification C6 by using the classification of CEAP,ulcers were located on the lower middle section of calf,2 cases suffered from deep vein thrombosis syndrome.Result:19 limbs with active ulcer were healing 1 to 3 months after the surgery.None of the patients were recurrence by followed up for 6 months at least.Conclusion:SEPS has advantages of small trauma,safety and efficacy on treating chronic venous ulcer on lower limbs.更多还原
