【摘要】 目的:探讨电子计算机断层扫描(CT)图像三维(3D)重建及三维(3D)打印在胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的诊断意义与辅助指导治疗意义。方法:以笔者所在医院50例确诊胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,前瞻性分析且随机分为X线组与3D打印组,每组25例。比较两组患者诊断情况与指导手术疗效情况。结果:X线组患者胫骨平台粉碎性骨折明确诊断率与分型正确率均低于3D打印组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);3D打印组患者Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ型手术效果优良率均高于X线组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:3D打印诊断与辅助指导治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折均优于传统X线,具有借鉴性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the electronic computer fault scanning(CT) image three dimensional reconstruction(3D) and three dimensional(3D) printing in the diagnostic significance of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau and auxiliary treatment guiding significance.Method:50 patients with comminuted fracture of tibial plateau who were the target of prospective analysis and randomly divided into two groups in our hospital,X ray film group and 3D printing group,each group of 25 cases.Two groups of patients with diagnosis and guiding surgical curative effect were compared.Result:X ray film group of patients with comminuted fracture of tibial plateau clear diagnostic rate and accuracy were significantly lower the 3D printing group,there was significant difference(P<0.01).The Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ surgery excellent rate of the 3D printing group was better than the X ray film group,there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:3D printing auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau are superior to the traditional X-ray,is worthy of reference for clinical.更多还原
