【摘要】 目的:分析面中部骨折的临床表现及类型特征,通过不同的手术方式以期达到临床解剖复位及恢复其正常的外形和咬合功能。方法:选择2012年1月-2014年1月安庆市第一人民医院口腔颌面外科病区的23例接受手术的患者,均采用开放式解剖复位钛板内固定,术后1、3、6个月检查患者愈合情况,包括患者心理的认同、面中部外形的恢复及张口度、咬合关系正常的恢复。结果:23例患者创面均达到一期愈合,患者认同感满意,面部侧方外形及中部凹陷予以恢复,张口度及咬合关系恢复正常。结论:面中部骨折分别采用头皮冠状切口加口内切口方式治疗,临床效果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestation and types characteristics of midface fracture,through different modes of operation,in order to achieve clinical anatomical reduction and recover the normal shape and function of occlusion.Method:From January 2012 to January 2014 in Department of Surgery of Anqing First People’s Hospital 23 cases of oral and maxillofacial accepted operation patients were selected,they adopt open anatomical reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate,after one month,three months,six months to check the healing of patients,including patients psychological identity,midfacial shape recovery and mouth opening,occlusal relationship a return to normal.Result:23 patients were all healed,patient identity satisfactory facial appearance and the central depression,lateral to recover,mouth opening and occlusion relation returns to normal.Conclusion:Scalp coronal incision and intraoral incision in the treatment of midface fracture has a reliable clinical effect.更多还原
