【摘要】 目的:探讨孕期超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2014年7月进行产检的120例产妇作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组实施孕期系统超声检查,对照组采取常规孕期检查,观察比较两种检测方法的畸形检出情况。结果:两种检测方法的诊断准确率方面进行对比,观察组孕期胎儿畸形的检出率100%明显高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕期实施系统超声检查,有利于提高胎儿畸形的检出率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Method:120 cases of pregnant women for prenatal in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The observation group was given prenatal systematic ultrasonic examination,the control group was given routine pregnancy examination.The detection of anomalies in the two detection methods were observed and compared.Result:Comparing the diagnostic accuracy of two kinds of detection methods,the detection rate of fetal malformations in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of the system during pregnancy ultrasound examination,can improve the detection rate of fetal abnormalities,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
