【摘要】 基于HIsmelt流程革命性的理念,即使处理高磷矿所产生的铁水磷含量都很低,铁水无硅、锰,用于炼钢双转炉流程,可以省去前段的脱硅转炉,其意义非常大。但其二次燃烧得到的高温气体,以传热形式提供给熔融还原炉(SRV)下部的热能始终没有得到很好解决,期待今后稳定运行后该问题能得以解决。HIsmelt将是最可能取代高炉的革命性的工艺流程。

【Abstract】 HIsmelt is significant for revolutionary breakthrough,P content of hot matal is extremely low for high phosphorus iron ore,no Si and Mn exist in hot metal,desilication converter can be removed in double converters of steelmaking. High temperature gas that was got by secondary combustion transfer heat energy to the lower SRV(Smelting Reduction Vessel),but heat transfer efficiency is low all along,this matter is expected to resolved in future steady operation. Perhaps HIsmelt is optimal choice for replacing BF.
