【Abstract】 The electrode regulation system is the heart of the furnace melting operation,it has a great influence on the efficiency of the submerged arc furnace. Poland HUTA ZABRZE ferroalloy factory has been designed and developed advanced electrode regulation system in order to optimize energy and electrode consumption and raise the power input from the transformer to furnace.
