HAGC系统动态响应对轧机振动的影响
Influence of the HAGC System Dynamic Response for Rolling Mill Vibration
【摘要】 HAGC系统通过"恒辊缝控制"保证轧件板型与厚度的均匀性,其动态特性对轧机压下动作有很大影响。对HAGC系统进行数学建模,并计算各元件相关参数,利用Matlab/SIMULINK对各扰动因素以及扫频信号下系统进行动态响应分析,得出其动态响应特性与轧机的振动特性具有一定的关联性。
【Abstract】 HAGC system keeps homogeneity of pattern and thickness of rolling metal by constant roll-gap control,its dynamic characteristic takes great effects to depressing action of rolling mill. Calculating relevant parameter of each elements after making mathematical model to HAGC,then makes use of Matlab / SIMULINK to analyze dynamic response of system under each disturbance factors and swept-frequency signal. It can be found certain relevance between dynamic response characteristic and vibration performance of rolling mill.
