【摘要】 目的了解江门地区育龄及孕期妇女增补叶酸预防神经管畸形(NTDs)的知、信、行现况。方法随机选取我市育龄及孕期妇女为调查对象,采用自行编制的问卷对其叶酸增补的知、信、行状况进行调查,并对数据进行单因素分析。结果获得1 003份有效调查问卷,愿意服用叶酸的比率为98.60%,763名妊娠期妇女的叶酸服用率为79.16%。既往怀孕和生育次数可显著影响妇女对叶酸增补知识的知晓率和增补行为,文化程度高者和年龄高者对叶酸增补知识的知晓率更高、增补行为更正确科学,但本科学历以上者对于基层医院提供免费叶酸的知晓率最低。结论实施出生缺陷"三级干预措施",加强叶酸增补预防NTDs的宣教,普及优生知识有待进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)about the folic acid supplement to prevent neural tube defects(NTDs)in child-bearing age and pregnant women of Jiangmen city. Methods The child-bearing age and pregnant women were randomly selected in Jiangmen.The KAP information of them were investigated by self-developed questionnaires.A univariate analysis was performed on collected relevant indexes. Results The rate of willingness to folic acid supplement was 98.60% in 1003women(from valid questionnaires).There were 763 pregnant women in the survey and the rate of folic acid supplement was 79.16%.The pregnant history and labor frequency had an significant influence on the KAP about folic acid supplement.Further,women who had higher education and older were more likely to have deep knowledge and correctly scientific knowledge about folic acid supplement.However,the awareness rate of free-issue folic acid by primary hospital among highly educated women was the lowest. Conclusion It will be further improved in taking Tri-grade intervention measures to prevent birth defects and in strengthening propaganda and education of folic acid supplement and popularizing the Eugenics knowledge.更多还原
