聚甲基倍半硅氧烷微粉的合成

【摘要】 以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,通过碱催化水解缩聚法制备了聚甲基倍半硅氧烷(PMSQ)微粉,对产物进行了测试表征。探讨了催化剂浓度、反应温度、水的用量对PMSQ微粉性能的影响。结果表明,制备PMSQ微粉的最佳反应条件为:氨水的质量分数为2.8%,反应温度在10℃左右,甲基三甲氧基硅烷(200 g)与水(800 g)的质量比为1∶4,产品的粒径分布均匀,此时,产物的粒径为10.509μm,径距1.676,一致性为0.422。

【Abstract】 Polymethylsilsesquioxane( PMSQ) micropowder was prepared by hydrolysis and condensation with methyltrimethoxysilane as raw material,with alkali as the catalyst,and then the obtained product was characterized. The impacts of the reaction conditions such as the concentration of catalyst,temperature,feed ratio to the properties of PMSQ micropowder were studied. Results showed that the optimal reaction conditions of PMSQ micropowder preparation was that ammonia mass fraction of 2. 8%,reaction temperature at 10℃,ratio of 1∶ 4between methyltrimethoxysilane( 200 g) and water( 800 g),the product had uniform particle size distribution.The particle size of the product was 10. 509μm,diameter of 1. 676,and the consistency of 0. 422.
