【摘要】 目的探讨Y-box结合蛋白1(YB-1)与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胃癌中的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测120例胃癌患者癌组织及20例患者癌旁组织中YB-1、PCNA蛋白的表达,分析YB-1和PCNA表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 YB-1和PCNA在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(70.8%vs.20.0%和60.8%vs.30.0%)(P<0.05);两者的表达水平均与胃癌患者的肿瘤浸润深度、细胞分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。YB-1阳性表达组5年生存率低于阴性表达组(17.6%vs.34.3%)(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中YB-1与PCNA表达呈正相关(r=0.311,P<0.01)。结论 YB-1和PCNA在胃癌组织中高表达,并与临床病理学特征密切相关。联合检测胃癌组织YB-1和PCNA表达有助于胃癌的诊断以及评估其恶性程度和胃癌患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and correlation of Y-box binding protein 1(YB-1)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in gastric cancer.Methods The expressions of YB-1and PCNA were detected in 120 gastric cancer tissues(group A)and 20tumor-adjacent tissues(group B)by immunohistochemical staining.The correlation of YB-1and PCNA expressions and clinical pathological features of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of YB-1and PCNA were higher in group A than those in group B(70.8%vs.20.0% and 60.8%vs.30.0%)(P<0.05).The expressions of YB-1and PCNA were significantly correlated with the depth of tumor invasion,grade of cell differentiation,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate was lower in YB-1positive expression patients than that in YB-1negative expression patients(17.6%vs.34.3%)(P<0.05).The expression of YB-1was positively correlated with that of PCNA in gastric cancer(r=0.311,P<0.01).Conclusion YB-1and PCNA expressions are increased in gastric cancer,which are significantly correlated with the clinical pathological features.Combined detection of YB-1and PCNA may be valuable for diagnosing gastric cancer and evaluating malignancy and prognosis.更多还原
