【摘要】 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者外周血CD14+CD16+单核细胞的表达。方法流式细胞术检测50例维持性血液透析患者(A组)和30例正常对照者(C组)外周血CD14+CD16+单核细胞百分比,ELISA法检测两组血清IL-6水平。结果两组血尿素氮、血清肌酐、肾小球滤过率、血红蛋白和三酰甘油比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。A组CD14+CD16+单核细胞表达高于C组[(8.86±0.81)%vs.(2.84±1.81)%](P<0.01)。A组CD14+CD16+单核细胞表达与IL-6和三酰甘油均呈正相关(r=0.83和0.45,P<0.01)。结论维持性血液透析患者外周血CD14+CD16+单核细胞参与了机体免疫炎症反应;其机制可能与IL-6介导的信号转导和转录激活因子(STAT)通路有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of CD14+CD16+monocytes in peripheral blood of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods The expression of CD14+CD16+monocytes in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry in 50 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(group A)and 30 healthy controls(group C).Serum level of IL-6in two groups was detected by ELISA.Results There were significant differences in blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,hemoglobin and triglyceride between two groups(P<0.05).The expression of CD14+CD16+monocytes in group A was higher than that in group B[(8.86±0.81)%vs.(2.84±1.81)%](P<0.01).The expression of CD14+CD16+monocytes in group A was positively correlated to that of IL-6and triglyceride(r=0.83 and 0.45,P<0.01).Conclusion CD14+CD16+monocytes are involved in immunoinflammatory responses in the patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,which may be related to the STAT pathway mediated by IL-6.更多还原
