化疗对恶性肿瘤患者空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白的影响
Effects of chemotherapy on fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with malignant tumors
【摘要】 目的观察化疗对恶性肿瘤患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和空腹血糖(FBG)的影响。方法恶性肿瘤患者74例,检测每个化疗周期前及化疗后的HbA1c和FBG,分析其化疗前后变化。结果化疗后,FBG和HbA1c均较化疗前升高[(5.62±0.75)mmol/L vs.(4.79±0.52)mmol/L和(6.10±0.67)%vs.(5.82±0.45)%](P<0.05)。74例患者中,化疗后发生FBG升高者18例(24.32%),HbA1c升高者14例(18.92%),FBG和HbA1c均升高者9例(12.16%),达到糖尿病诊断标准的6例(8.11%)。结论化疗可导致部分恶性肿瘤患者HbA1c和FBG升高;检测HbA1c和FBG有助于诊断潜在的糖尿病患者。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of chemotherapy on fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the patients with malignant tumors.Methods Plasma FBG and HbA1 c were examined in 74 patients with malignant tumors before and after each cycle of chemotherapy.The changes of FBG and HbA1 cwere analyzed.Results Plasma levels of FBG and HbA1 cwere higher after chemotherapy than those before[(5.62±0.75)mmol/L vs.(4.79±0.52)mmol/L and(6.10±0.67)% vs.(5.82±0.45)%](P<0.05).Of 74 patients,FBG was elevated in18(24.32%)cases,HbA1 cwas increased in 14(18.92%)cases,both FBG and HBA1 cwere increased in 9(12.16%)cases,and 6(8.11%)cases were diagnosed as diabetes.Conclusion Chemotherapy results in an increase of plasma FBG and HbA1 cin some of the patients with malignant tumors.Detection of plasma FBG and HbA1 cis helpful in the diagnosis of potential diabetic subjects.
