【摘要】 目的探讨非体力劳动者心血管疾病的危险因素。方法检测1062例非体力劳动者的血压、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油和尿酸,分析心血管危险因素的性别和年龄差异。结果男性BMI高于女性(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增加,男性的FBG、血压和TC异常比例以及女性的BMI、血压和TC异常比例均随着年龄增长呈逐渐增加趋势(P<0.05)。结论各项心血管危险因素异常的比例均随年龄增长而增加。预防心血管疾病的最佳策略是多重危险因素控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases in non-manual workers.Methods The blood pressure(BP),body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)and uric acid(UA)were measured in 1062non-manual workers.The differences of age and sex distribution of cardiovascular risk factors were analyzed.Results BMI in men was higher than that in women(P<0.05).The percentages of the men with the abnormalities of FBG,BP and TC were gradually increased as age increased(P<0.05).So did those of the women with BMI,BP and TC(P<0.05).Conclusion The percentages of men and women with the abnormalities of cardiovascular risk factors are increased as age increases.The best strategy for prevention is to take the measures for controlling multiple risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
