【摘要】 目的:设计与开发医疗安全不良事件网络管理系统,实现医疗安全不良事件的动态管理与预警管理。方法:开发医疗安全不良事件网络管理系统,包含事件上报、事件查询、事件处理、统计分析、事件监控、组织架构管理、内部交流、辅助功能8个模块。结果:医院使用系统后,上报不良事件数量增加,处理时间缩短,管理人员定期统计分析,实现内部资源共享。结论:该系统实现医疗安全不良事件的动态管理,为预警管理提供数据支撑,对促进医疗服务质量和保障医疗安全有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To design and develop the network management system of medical safety adverse events, and realize the dynamic management and early warning management of medical safety adverse events. Methods: The network management system of medical safety adverse events is developed, including event report, event query, event treatment, statistical analysis, event monitoring, organizational management, internal communication and auxiliary functions. Results: After hospitals use the system, the number of adverse events reported increases, the treatment time is shortened, the management staffs carry out the statistics analysis regularly, and the internal resource sharing is realized. Conclusion: The system realizes the dynamic management of medical safety adverse events, provides data support for the early warning management, and has significance on promoting medical service quality and ensuring medical safety.更多还原
