门诊信息化建设核心内容与应用价值研究
The Research of Core Building and Application Value of Outpatient Information
【摘要】 信息化作为改善医疗服务行动计划的关键要素,实施门诊流程优化再造,建设门诊信息化是大型综合医院降低门诊超规模的就诊压力,支撑起良性的业务流程,持续改善门诊患者就医体验,提高医生单位时间内的劳动价值,强化医疗质量与安全以及提升门诊管理水平等方面的重要手段。结合某医院门诊业务情况,阐述了医院门诊信息化建设的几个核心内容和应用价值,并给出了门诊信息化建设不能为信息化而信息化,需要强有力的团队等建议。
【Abstract】 Informatization is a key element of the action plan to improve healthcare services.Optimizing and reengineering outpatient service process and set up outpatient service informatization can reduce the pressure of super-size outpatient service in large general hospitals,shore up the benign business process,improve outpatients’ treatment experience constantly,improve the value of labor per unit of time,strengthen the quality and safety of health care,elevate the hospital’ s management level.According to a hospital’ s outpatient business condition,we elaborate several core content and application value of the hospital’ s Informatization construction,men put forward some suggestions to it.
